Academic advising
We build a personalized plan with clear goals, strengthen study skills, time management, and motivation, and bring judgment to the decisions that shape the years leading up to university.
We look after the whole student: their learning, their wellbeing, and their genuine interests.
Advising is weekly, one to one, and accountable, with regular parent updates: every family sees the plan, the goals, and the progress inside our private portal.
Impact projects
The centerpiece of our approach, and typically one to two years of real work. Together with their coach, your student designs and runs a genuine project where their real interests meet their academic goals, often in partnership with a local NGO (non-governmental organization).
Done honestly, a project gives a student three things no résumé line can fake: a voice, conviction, and a sense of purpose.
Example shapes: a working app for a local nonprofit, a community data study, a published research paper, a podcast with a mission, a tool a school actually uses.
From ideation and NGO matching through scoping, management coaching, and measurable impact, coaches guide, challenge, and hold the bar. Every project is the student’s own.
Your student’s coach. Our coaches are practicing teachers and counselors who have personally navigated some of the most challenging schools and classrooms in the United States.
